Joseph Telliard, D.O.

Dr. Telliard was born in Riverside, CA and relocated to Las Vegas to earn his doctor of osteopathy degree from Touro University of Nevada in 2016. Dr. Telliard holds a board certification in Internal Medicine from the American Board of Internal Medicine and is currently in his second year of fellowship at Valley Hospital, specializing in critical care pulmonary disease. Dr. Telliard serves as the medical director at Telelab.

Rachel Campbell, D.O.

Dr. Campbell was born in Palm Springs, CA and earned her doctor of osteopathy degree from Western University in 2014. After graduating, she moved to Las Vegas, NV to complete her residency in psychiatry and became board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology in 2018. Having trained at UNLV as chief resident and working at local clinics and hospitals, Dr. Campbell is compassionate and caring with everyone. She is a huge asset to our local mental health community.

Elise Sterritt, APRN

Elise was born in Melrose Park, IL and earned her Bachelor of Nursing degree from Rockford College in 2012. After working as a nurse for a few years, Elise attended Olivet Nazarene University and graduated with a Master of Science in Nursing degree in 2017. Elise is a board certified family nurse practitioner
from the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Elise strives to provide peace of mind while creating positive patient experiences. She enjoys delivering individualized, quality care to improve patients’ health and well being.

Dr. Christine Estepa

Christine Estepa was born and raised in the Philippines. She earned her Medical Degree from her hometown university – St Louis University College of Medicine. She has trained and practiced in Pediatrics before moving to the US. Pediatrics is her passion that when she came to the US in 2003, she worked as a NICU RN. She went into the Advanced Nurse Practitioner program at UNLV and completed it as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2007.

She has worked mostly with the best Pediatricians in Las Vegas and in Pediatric Urgent Cares. She was given the opportunity to expand her scope and practice Family Medicine at Procare Medical Center in 2016 and has been passionately practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner since then with emphasis on disease prevention.

Dr. Kathryn Baker

Kathryn Baker is a graduate of Gonzaga University with a Doctor of Nursing Practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner. As an experienced nurse practitioner, she brings a multitude of knowledge in dermatology, cardiology, obstetrics, and family medicine to her patients. Kathryn is passionate about preventative medicine and helping her patients reach their optimal level of health. On her off time she enjoys running, cooking, traveling, and finding new adventures with her Border Collie/Australian Shepard mix, Tux.

Frank Uche Akpati, PhD, DNP, MSN, FNP-BC

Frank Uche Akpati is a family nurse practitioner and a professor of nursing at the graduate level. Dr. Akpati has over 23 years of nursing experience both in the clinical arena and as faculty. He has worked in many clinical settings including emergency nursing, correctional medicine, medical-surgical nursing, geriatrics, neuroscience nursing and psychiatric/mental health nursing. His passion is in primary care, and he currently fulfills the role of a primary care provider in a rural health system. Dr. Akpati loves to spend time with his patients. His current research is focused on acculturation, adaptation, and health status. When he is not working, he loves to read fictional novels, watch action movies and spend time with his family.

D'Nesha Merritt, MSN, APRN, NP-C

D’Nesha Merritt is a Family Nurse Practitioner, with a total of 10 years experience. She initially worked as an adult and pediatric critical care nurse for six years prior to becoming a nurse practitioner. In her four years as an advanced practice nurse, she has served chronically ill patients as an internal medicine and infectious diseases nurse practitioner.

 

D’Nesha is a wife and mother of three children-Kaiden (7), Keaghan (2), and Kerighan (coming soon). When she’s not working, she enjoys hiking, traveling, and crafting.

Ozioma Mwosu

I am a committed, compassionate, dedicated doctoral prepared  healthcare professional with over 10 years of experience in several capacities. Currently, I function as a family Nurse practitioner with over 5 years of experience. I am also acquiring the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner certification in order to be able to provide holistic care and decrease fragmentation in health care.  The safety and wellbeing of my patients is my utmost priority.

Alice Kim, FNP-BC, AGACNP-BC

Alice is a double board certified Nurse Practitioner in Family and Adult Gerontology Acute Care. She completed her bachelor’s and masters of science in nursing at La Salle University in 2014. She has obtained her post-master’s certificate at University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA in 2017. Alice has experience in primary care, cardiology, palliative, and hospice care.

Cheryl Pritchett, APRN, FNP-BC

Cheryl is a highly skilled family nurse practitioner who provides services at Sahara Urgent Care. Cheryl graduated from nursing school in 1978 in Baltimore, Maryland. She received her Masters of Science in Nursing Education and Administration in 2010 from Lubbock Christian University. She then attended Charles Drew University School of Medicine and Science in Los Angeles, California where she graduated with her Post Masters Certification in Family Nurse Practitioner. Cheryl was inducted into Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Cheryl is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. 

Cheryl has extensive nursing experience, including oncology, gynecology, NICU, cardiovascular ICU, Emergency department, home health care, correctional settings and case management. Cheryl believes that the key to positive patient outcomes is the team approach. She is an active participant along with the patient, family and the health care team.
